We use a combination of FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Our shipping rates are:
-Standard Shipping: MOST items that ship from our store, $9.99
-Gift Card Shipping: To be used only on GIFT CARDS, $1.00
*Some oversized items, including large playhouses, riding toys or pools may ship directly from the manufacturer. Additional shipping costs may apply. Please CALL us when you are wanting to buy a large or oversized item.**
We know you want your order fast. That's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within one business day. See the "usually leaves warehouse in" text on the product description for specifics.
We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost. When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time (we call it the "Availability" time on the product page) and the shipping method you choose.
At this time we are unable to ship items internationally.
If placing an order to be received by Christmas please place your order no later than 1 pm CST on December 14th.
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt:
We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original receipt/packing slip.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
We're sorry the item you purchased doesn't meet your expectations; however, we do offer returns or exchanges.
Bring your unwanted item, in sell-able condition, and receipt in within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We are able to refund your original purchase method or offer store credit. Cash returns over $50 will be refunded in the form of a store check.
We are able to cancel or modify orders BEFORE we ship them out. We can't cancel or modify your order once we have shipped it, but it's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.
Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse:
- Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
- Mail the package to the address listed below.
- For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, traceable carrier, like USPS or UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.
- Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
- We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
- For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
- Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Is the item you want to return a gift? Indicate that you want to receive a gift certificate valid for the item's amount and note your e-mail address on the pack slip.
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can't refund shipping charges.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we'll refund your money (including the original shipping charges).
